Prior to all that , it is important to have a boosting energy with healthy breakfast.
Never work before having your breakfast .
But you may wonder , when it says healthy, should we have the typical healthy food that are known to us ?
The answer is no.
Here is the recipe for a modernized , mouth watering yet a healthy breakfast .
1 Italian bread
For Milk Mixture
Whole milk 1 cup
3 Large eggs
Ricotta cheese 50 g
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
For Sugar Mixture
Brown sugar 40 g
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Butter for toast
- Cut the bread into 10 slices .
- Add eggs , milk , ricotta cheese , vanilla extract , salt and lemon zest into a largw bowl . Then whisk together until ricotta cheese dissolve .
- Add brown sugar , Cinnamon and cardamom powder into a small bowl and mix well .
- Heat the pan up to medium heat with some butter .
- Get a bread slice and generously dip in the milk mixture , flipping couple of times to coat well .
- Then sprinkle some sugar on top of one side of the slice .
- Finally , get each side cooked for 3-4 minutes .serve with some fresh berries !!!
