SPICY TURKEY BURGER
BUN
Ingredients
1 Burger bun
5 grams of butter
Preparation
Take a burger bun and apply butter on the cutting surfaces of the buns .
Toast the bun until crispy brown color .
PATTY
Ingredients
10 grams of ground turkey
Few mint leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon roasted curry powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350F
Add ground turkey , mint , pepper , chili flakes , salt and roasted curry powder into a bowl.
Then mix well everything .
Form the ground turkey into a patty .
Cook the patty for 5 minutes .
Place a cheddar cheese slice over the patty and bake until the cheese begin to melt .
TOMATO JAM
Ingredients
1 Sweet onion
1 tomato
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chili flakes
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
Add onions , tomatoes , sugar , chili flakes , pepper and salt to a cooking pan .
Cook for 10 minutes .
You will get golden brown tomato jam .
POTATO CHIPS
Ingredients
1 Potato
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
Slice the potatoes into pieces .
Put the potato slices into the water .
Then add some salt to into the water .
Take out the slices from the water .
Add pepper and salt onto the slices .
Heat the oil in the pan .
Fry the slices until golden brown color .
ASSEMBLE OF THE BUN
Ingredients
1 cheddar cheese slice
Green leaves
Mustard cream
Preparation
From bottom to top ,
Green leaves
Tomato jam
Potato chips
Mustard cream
And finally other half of the bun .
VEGE BURGER
BUN
Ingredients
1 burger bun

Add onion , mint , kidney beans , bread crumbs , salt , roasted curry powder , pepper , chili flakes and sesame seeds .
Mix the ingredients well .
Form the patty .
Double coat the patty , firstly with egg wash and then bread crumbs .
fry the coated patty .
Then place a cheddar cheese slice over the patty and bake until the cheese begin to melt .
